sunhokey MKS lid remix w/ fan

Modified the lid only to allow for use of an 80mm fan. Base box will still be needed.
NOTE: If you use the heatsinks (I do not), you may need to increase the height of the box by 5% so the fan can clear the heatsinks.
Updated file also includes a 3mm thick version since the original at 1mm is too thin to properly support an 80mm fan when box is mounted upright.
