Rostock Effector Probe-less E3D J-head v5 mount

Build for the chinese clone of E3D v5 J-head, with 30mm fan and mechanical endstop. No probe is needed, J-head acts as a probe. Inspired from many designs, for the j-head base i can't find the link at the momment, for the probeless function this one (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1093345) Buffalo Effector with optical Z probe
