E3D PT100 Box

I decided to upgrade my E3D Chimera to PT100 temperature sensors as E3D have moved away from thermistos and will only be suppling cartridge type sensors in the future.

Part of the PT100 sensor setup is an amplifier board which is supplied as a fully populated PCB without any protection from shorting against any metal parts of the printer.

I have two designs so that it can be used inline in a wiring harness or fixed to 2020 (or bigger) aluminium extrusion. Both designs have recesses for M3
