Left handed E3D Titan extruder upgrade for Prusa i3

This is a remix of Gyrobot's Mount for Prusa i3 E3D Titan extruder. Since I found some problems when trying to mount the extruder into my printer, I decided to make some major adjustments to the extruder design. I have a geeetech Prusa i3x but it should fit most Prusa 3D printers.

Some of the problems I had:
Endstop in the x carriage is not hit
The fan on the back collided with the printer's structure
A lot of printing area was lost.
