G2S Universal Effector 18mm Inductive Zprobe

This was requested. It is a simple bracket to mount an 18mm diameter inductive sensor, such as [this one](https://www.amazon.com/LJ18A3-8-Z-Approach-Sensor-Inductive-Proximity/dp/B008FZC8F2/), onto my G2S Universal Effector. The bracket may be attached either above or below the effector, on either side, placing the probe between the pair of diagonal rods.
