Makerfarm i3 filament cooler

I really liked the way BigBadBison's fan attached to my i3's carriage, has a really well designed nozzle, the fact it uses readily available 40mm fans and could be pointed to fit my e3d v.6 hotend: but thought it was a little too bulky/heavy -- I've been trying to remove as much weight as I could from the carriage. I simply cut down on the axle sections, using an M3x10 bolt, and a captured nut on the back side. It can get a little loose with repeated movement, but a simple tightening solves that
