Rostock Max Dial Indicator Mount

This is a mount to install a dial indicator (I used the Pittsburgh 1" Digital Indicator from Harbor Freight) onto a SeeMeCNC Rostock Max V2. I used it to calibrate my Printer using the manual calibration tool here: http://forum.seemecnc.com/viewtopic.php?f=36&t=8698
The size of the opening for the dial indicator is 9.5mm
The holes for mounting are 4mm
The hole to tighten the dial indicator is 3mm, but is also sized for a press in 5mm OD 3mm ID nut on the other side.
