Delta Arm Alignment Plate

After making the plastic ball joints to replace the originals on the FLSun i had to make an alignment jig.

Print 2 of the plates, secure them to the bench or a piece of wood and set the pins so they are exactly the same distance for pin 1 to pin pin 6. For the FLSun this is about 214mm

Put some glue on inside the socket on the plastic eyes then slip the carbon fiber rod inside, while the glue is wet put the arm in the jig so the eyes slip over the pins poking up and push them down snug.
