3D bearing mendel model part PLA robot robotics solidworks useful wheel
This is a 2 1/2" wheel, 5/8" wide, that uses 2 #608 skate bearings. Printed in PLA @ .35 infill it weighs .05 pounds. I haven't done destructive testing, but it's pretty strong.
