Prusa I3 MK2 low profile heatbed cable cover

This is a modified heatbed cable cover for the Prusa I3 MK2. It allows the printer to take up less space (depth) by routing the heatbed cables out the side. It also seems to reduce a bit of tension created when the Y axis moves all the way back.

*** please note that the electronics enclosure on the MK2s routes the cables for the X and Y axis differently from the MK2 and this mod will cause the cable wraps to collide and possible restrict or cause printing issues. ***
