Replicape + BBB cover

Replicape + BBB Cover - v 1.0

First version of Replicape and BBB cover to mount on panel with four holes for M3 screws. Place for 2x40mm cooling fans to blow out heat from stepper drivers working above 0.5A.
I used 4x hexagonal distance sleeve threaded (5mm distance) because its little difficult to mount it when Replicape and BBB are together.
Postprocessing: in housing base mounting holes should be improved with drill 3,5mm or make M4 threads with screw tap.
