Velleman k8200 (3Drag) z-axis lead screw upgrade

These parts allow you to use a lead screw from Aliexpress ( https://goo.gl/yncjzu (the KP08 version)) instead of the standard 8mm threaded rod. This gets rid of the ugly lines that you can see every couple of layers with some printers. As the 8mm lead screw is really similar to the threaded rod, the conversion is very easy and cheap.
