Dial indicator holder for Solidoodle 4

A Dial holder designed to be attached to the left extruder fan of the Solidoodle 4 stock hot end. It's in two pieces that has to be glued (cyanolit works well), for printing convenience as well as to let you adjust the height regarding your dial indicator dimensions.
