A peg to assemble the hilt components

In case you have no 8mm glassfiber rod you can print a bunch of these to assemble the hilt components. it will not e as durable but good to get the fitting right.

Instead of a chamfer i made guiding segment with a slightly smaller diameter on both ends.
The idea behind it is that a chamfer can guide the peg in an angle so it gets stuck. Because the guiding portion is a little bit longer than the diameter it will have good chance to guide the peg stra
