Dial Indicator Clamp for Wanhao Di3 v2.1 - REMIX

My fan mount has holes 30mm apart, center to center. The original version had holes 40mm apart, center to center. So I re-mixed it to fit my fan mount on my Monoprice Maker Select v2 (Wanhao Di3 v2.1).
