Upgraded CTC Y-axis motor mount

This is basically the same as the other designs available, but I have added webbing between 3/4 of the standoffs to increase rigidity (4th needs to be clear for belt).

I am happy to revise the design If anyone requests.

This works well on my printer with 5.5mm side walls, it may need to be shorter/taller for printers with different wall thicknesses.
