LulzBot Mini 40mm fan shroud upgrade

Thanks to Biolumo for the original design!
Modifications include:
Side bolt mount- bolt on to a V1 Mini using the existing hotend screw
Widened the hexagon throat opening
Widened the heatsink channel for those without the "correct" heatsink rotation orientation
Smoothed the inlet
