MP Select Mini/Malyan M200 Beefed-up Extruder Arm

This is a beefed-up version of the @Zakattacks original extruder arm. It uses an M3 screw for the axle of the pressure bearing and the original top plate or a printed one from the @Zakattacks model.

Printing tips (if you are an OCD like me):
- Layer height 0.2 mm.
- Top/Bottom layers 5.
- Outer shells 5.
- Infill 50%.
- Print speed 30 mm/s.

I hope it never breaks again. :-)
