Improved Extruder Arm 2.0

The stock M200 extruder arm should be the first thing you swap out on the M200 printer, for me it broke mid print causing clogs and other strange issues before I found the cuplprit.

Found several improved arms but I wanted one with a closed end and a larger bearing, made an arm with two pieces to house the larger 5x11x4mm bearing
