E3D/BLTOUCH Mount for FolgerTech Stock Extruder on an FT5.

I got an E3D Lite hot end for my Folger Tech FT-5 and needed a holder for both it and my BLTOUCH. After several iterations, I arrived at a mount that puts the input of the E3D directly up against the output hole of the stock FolgerTech MK9 extruder with the pressure lever on the left. That is how my Folger Tech Ft-5 is arranged. My FT 2020 i3 has the lever on the right. I have not tried this on that machine but I would imagine that a mirror image could work.
