E3D TITAN CARRIAGE WITH BLTOUCH

I was not able to find a Titan extruder carriage that fully meet my needs so I decided to create mine.

For a starting point: My Z offset is -1.19

I also added the Titan cover I made when mine broke.

Hotend is a E3D V6 clone
Print fan is a 5015 common radial fan
