Knob and E-Stop Button for Stock FT-5

Just a simple replacement knob and e-stop button for the stock FT-5 screen and plate. The knob is nicely sized length-wise, but may need to be resized in the XY dimensions, depending on how your printer handles tolerances for small holes.
