Folger Tech Effector and Sensor Holder Remix

When changing to the E3D Lite6 hotend, I needed to adjust the size of the effector & sensor mount. Since the E3D lite6 hotend is shorter than the hotend supplied by folger tech, I needed to be able to move the proximity sensor further up & in order to miss the connecting rods had to shift it in 3mm also. I added the optional Fan tube for cooling that I remixed in openscad from this: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1378065 . I thought I might be able to get 2 fans on there, but was too tight
