ANET A8 Circuit Board Cover

This is a remix of Leo_N's awesome mainboard cover. I removed the fan, added cooling slots, and added a hole for the reset switch. This offers an alternative cover for those who want to isolate/protect the board, but do not want to install a fan. Special thanks to Vampi for additional design advice.

I shifted the location on the hole in Circuit Board Cover 2 to align with the reset switch button better on the circuit board.
