DC42 IR Sensor mount for E3D Volcano

I didn't find a mount for the Escher3D's IR sensor on a E3D Volcano. Here is one now.
mounts between the fan an the shroud of the E3D cooler.
Still have to test is myself. Should be 2mm above nozzle.
Modified the initial design a bit. Optimized for printing with a 0.6mm Volcano nozzle ;)
Tested.
Mount the fan shroud flush with the lowest fin of the cooler.

Since I got a number of questions on the sensor/config/board : here are some details.
