16mm bearing mount for M5 rod

So, I'm working on a laser engraver project, but this part can be used in a 3D printer as well.
This is a 16mm bearing mount or holder, or a stand whatever name you like best it's up to you.
Design dimensions are:
Inner diameter 16mm.
3cm height
2.5cm width
2.5cm depth
1cm cutout diameter at the bottom
