Spring-loaded Replicator 2 Drive Arm for a 3mm bearing

I needed a new extruder, but all I had on hand was a bearing with an ID of 3mm. I modified Makerbot's STL in Wings3D, sizing down the bearing post to around 2.9 mm. It's still a little tight, but the bearing is pressed in easily with a 1 ton pres.
