E3D Titan Extruder prusa i3 X carriage

I have integrated the fan duct mount into the titan extruder mount to have the whole item as a single part rather than another separate spacer as my screws were not long enough for both.

Also i included the duct and inductive sensor mount i used in my setup. I needed this part as i could not fit the rear mounted fan as it was hitting the side of the frame of my printer.
