Filament Guide Wanhao i3

Added a small hole to the holder that allows to remove and insert the filament without removing it from the extruder

The hole is 1.76mm

The one in the picture has a 2mm hole and the filament seems to go out sometimes, so the new version has a slightly slimmer hole.
