PiCam V2.1 Holder for reprap printer

This holder allows fixation of a raspberry PiCam V2.1 to the X stepper motor (on my model the lower left screw hole was unused).

Holds the Picam at about the height of the hotend's nozzle.

As I am using OctoPi/[OctoPrint](https://github.com/foosel/OctoPrint) I was alwas wondering how to best fixate the Camera to the Printer. You might need a longer flat cable between camera and raspberry depending where your raspberry is located. **The camera will be moving with the Z-axis!**
