1U Decora Bracket Raspberry Pi Rack Mount for FLIRC case

Already had some Pi's running various servers in my rack, they were in FLIRC cases from previous projects and I didn't want to have to take them out and redo their cooling to use [this design](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4167265) so I remixed it! I redid the mount and faceplate to allow mounting a Pi 3b+ with the FLIRC case and added a shroud to mount a 40x20 fan for active cooling. I got around a 7-11 C temperature drop!

One pi is connected to an external hard drive so I added in a tray and faceplate for it as well as some 'blank' plates for the extra opening in the [1U decora mount](https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07N169VX7/). Everything is mounted with M3 bolts, washers, and nuts. The fan shrouds and hard drive are further secured with some 1/2 in velcro straps I had lying around (see picture). I used these [press in threaded inserts](https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07VFZWWXY/) on the fan shroud to mount the fan with m3 bolts.
