Ultimaker 2, 2+, and Extended+ Universal Spool Holder FIXED

I needed to print this Big spool holder (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1897229 by printyourmind3d) for my big - 2.2kg spools and I noticed that the file was not joined correctly. There were 2 separate shells so I fixed it.
