Customizable Vacuum Hose adapter - outside mount

Modified summetj's "Customizable Vacuum Hose adapter" (thingy # 97238). The original version was outside + inside fit adapter. But I wanted an outside + outside fit adapter (on both ends). If it helps others that may be interested, but don't know how to modify the original scad file...

And you can customize it like the original, no new features added...
