i3 v2.0 OR v2.1 Rear Mount Cooling Fan Frame for 60 mm OR 40 mm fan

This is a snap on OR bolt on frame for the i3 v2.0 OR i3 v2.1 (MK10 hot end) to mount a 60 mm OR 40 mm fan, that goes on the back of the X axis carriage. It is modular for printing ease and simple changing of the fan / duct.

I have added a rear duct that holds a usb camera, see below for more info.

There are two versions of the v2.0 frame. One is a tight fit snap on. The other is simpler to mount, but requires two 3 mm x 8 mm bolts with nuts OR one thin zip tie about 100 mm long.
