DBot bracket for the Nimble V1

Simple bracket to mount the Nimble on a dbot and clamping a E3D V6 at the same time.

**New** Added a bracket including a holder for an induction sensor for bed calibration.

Edit: The original brackets were simply not good enough. V6 didn't fit, was far too tight. Also you needed non-standard length screws to attach to the carriage plate. Thanks for pointing it out Snaggle, much appreciated!

So now there is a little more space around the V6 and the bolts needed to screw into the carria
