Tiko Hanging Spool Holder

Another Tiko spool holder. Now that I have an air pump sitting in my Tiko's spool holder (see [Tiko Air Hose Clip](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2055700)), I can't use the one i [made earlier](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:20196990). This one hangs off the edge of the Tiko.

On the positive side, it's easier to pick up the Tiko to remove the build plate when using this version, you don't have to hold the spool and printer at the same time. On the negative side, the weight is hanging o
