Configurable 40mm fan duct / mount for MK8 extruder

This is my mod of the configurable 40mm fan duct.
Included are just the filed needed to make this work for the Odin One RepRap printer from Hooklet 3d

My customizations:

2 different fan ducts with longer reach than original
Hooklet 3d branded fan cover play
Modified extruder strap to attach cooling system to the Odin One mk1
