E3D V6 Fan Duct 40 mm (2-part)

This adds a 40mm layer cooling fan to an E3D V6 hot end. This is a nice design because it mounts simply using the existing screws in the e3d V6 fan shroud.

This remix, based on the design by Edsol, is split into two pieces. Printing flat makes the part stronger as well as easier to print with a FDM style printer. Glue the 2 parts together with epoxy.
