Improved endstop mounts for the Kossel Pro (15mm extrusions)
Improvements over the stock mounts:
-offset so that the belts don't rub on the screw heads, causing artifacts
-rest against upper frame triangle so they stay stationary after repeated homing impacts
-captured nuts don't fall out
