Wanhao/Maker Select i3 Ramps Conversion for OSOYOO Ramps Kit with 2.8" Touch Screen

####Updates:
* 2/17/2017 I made a tweak to the LCD adapter to allow printing without support material.
* 2/18/2017 I changed the Melzi to Ramps adapter so that the power cables are better aligned with the PSU and the Fan is better positioned to cool the stepper drivers.
* 2/26/2017 added a USB socket plug so you can access the main RAMPS USB connector.
