Da Vinci 1.0 E3D V6 drop in remix

UPDATE: 03/09/2017
So I saw last night that the original creator of the E3D mount revised his design to better direct the air away from the print bed. To stay current I have updated both the Base and backing plate to incorporate his updated design. I have also updated the backing plate and layer cooling fan shroud to allow the shroud to be secured to the backing plate for easier removal when the layer cooling fan isn't needed. The new files all end in V2.
