Z Height calibration for Original Prusa i3 MK2

Original Prusa i3 MK2 auto mesh bed leveling is great, but not perfect. The provided V2Calibration.gcode:

- Does not use the whole print bed.
- Draw no long Y lines.

Your bed can have small height variations, that will impact prints that use the whole bed, that V2Calibration.gcode will not show.

These tests are similar to V2Calibration.gcode, but:

- They use the whole bed.
- Separate tests for X and Y lines.
