Hictop Prusa i3 / ANET A8 E3D V6 X-carriage (Bowden) W/BLTouch Mount

Simple remix that removes the mount for an inductive sensor and adds a mount for a BLTouch.

Works with almost any i3 setup with bearing blocks.
