Quick Change Spool Holder, Mostly Printable w/ Preload bearings

I wasn't satisfied with the the printable spool holders I was finding on Thingiverse. They were ether outside roller types or were long rod types, Nether quite fit my needs or space. So I made my own. It features hub mount on ball bearings with an adjustable preload, and quick change mount. The non-printable parts are minimal, and it needs no added supports.
