Hold down for glass build plate on UP!

This is a replacement build plate support and clamps for holding a glass build plate covered in Kapton tape for the UP! series of printers. This allows for quick removal of glass plate and clearance to nozzel tip.
I've installed this on my printer and it works great even at build temps.
Added BUILD PLATE CORNER GUIDES to keep plate from sliding in the side to side direction (Y).
