Filament Stand - 27mm Support Rod Hole

This is a remix of "Filament Stand" by BTNZ (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1047741). I wanted to use a 27mm diameter PVC pipe I had for the spool support rod so I modified the stand to accommodate that. In addition I added two holes at the base to allow for screwing the stand into something.
