Auto Bed-Leveling Z-probe for Makerfarm Prusa i3 with E3Dv5 hotend

This is a slight remix of my earlier Z-probe holder for use with Marlin's Auto Bed-Leveling system. I recently installed an E3Dv5 hotend, and the original part was too short, so I lengthened it. This isn't the sturdiest design to begin with, so I would suggest using the shorter version if it will fit in your installation.
