E3D holder for bowden and auto bed leveling

Here is another holder for the E3D hot end.

This holder is designed to be used with a bowden version of the E3D, on a 24mm hole separation x carriage.

It has a fan holder to eliminate the original and another holder for a servo, ment to use with any z probe holder, just check the lenght.

Once mounted, it leaves a 12mm clearance between the x carriage's bottom and the nozzle.

NOTE: it's provided the scad files, so feel free to modify the design for any hot end you want.
