this is for 50 .223 remington rounds and may work with other calibers. these boxes are cheap and easy to get in USA but not so much in some other countries, so you can print it.
maximum OAL: 63.50mm
the square holes are 11mm x 11mm x 28mm deep.
as a hinge you can use two 1.5mm x 25mm headless nails. i did that.
EDIT 18/10/2015: i changed the latch mecanism. this one is much sturdier, but it requires the removal of a little piece of support material in the lid. the final result is much better.
