An add-on for the Dremel 3D40 Filament arm from SketchThis (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1653391)
This prevents the filament from unraveling early and getting wrapped around the spindle. Slide it onto the arm and point it toward the front of the printer. Thread the filament through it and into the guide tube as normal. So far so good for me!
